DEPARTMENT OF ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING WAS STARTED IN THE YEAR 2009. THIS DEPARTMENT OFFERS DIPLOMA COURSES IN ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING FOR FULL TIME. DIPLOMA IS BEING CONDUCTED IN REGULARANINTAKE OF 60 STUDENTS FOR A PERIOD OF 3 ACADEMIC YEARS. THE SUBJECTS OF 3 YEAR FULL TIME DIPLOMA COURSE BEING REGROUPED FOR ACADEMIC CONVENIENCE. THE SYLLABUS IS FRAMED IN SUCH A WAY TO EMPOWER THE COMMUNITY OF STUDENTS OF ELECTRONICS & COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING WITH ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE THROUGH BLENDING THE EQUAL PROPORTIONS OF THEORETICAL AND HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE.

PEO 1: TO PROVIDE STRONG FOUNDATION IN ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING FOR PURSUING PROFESSIONAL CAREER, ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND HIGHER STUDIES.
PEO 2: TO ANALYZE REAL LIFE PROBLEMS, DESIGN APPROPRIATE SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING SOLUTIONS THAT ARE TECHNICALLY SOUND, ECONOMICALLY FEASIBLE AND SOCIALLY ACCEPTABLE.
PEO 3: TO PREPARE AND MOTIVATE STUDENTS WITH RECENT TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENTS RELATED TO CORE SUBJECTS LIKE PROGRAMMING, VLSI, EMBEDDED SYSTEM.
